## The Situation

With growing demand across multiple cities, ListSimple required a scalable technical foundation that would prevent margin erosion during rapid expansion. Fragmented workflows, manual scheduling, and disconnected third-party integrations would have created operational drag, forcing engineering resources away from core innovation.
